PSG Makes History with a Dominant Champions League Victory
The 2024/25 UEFA Champions League season came to a stunning end with Paris Saint-Germain claiming their first-ever title in spectacular fashion — a crushing 5-0 win over Inter Milan in the final.
The match got off to a fast start, with Achraf Hakimi opening the scoring in the 12th minute. Just eight minutes later, Dué doubled PSG’s lead, giving the French side a comfortable advantage heading into halftime.
The second half continued in PSG’s favor. In the 63rd minute, Dué found the net again to complete his brace. Then, in the 73rd minute, history was made — Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored PSG’s fourth and became the first Georgian player ever to score in a Champions League final.
The final goal came in the 87th minute, when substitute Mayulu added his name to the scoresheet, sealing a remarkable 5-0 victory for the Parisian giants.
